This paper shows results of a research on inclusive practices adopted in CPIAs ‐ Provincial Centres for Adult Education, specifically in the courses for Alphabetization and Learning of Italian Language. The CPIAs, as recognised by literature, are characterized by a pervasive heterogeneity, in multiple areas, designating them as places of intercultural exchange and dialogue. The paper highlights results from a questionnaire administered online in 2021, involving 167 teachers, in Italian as second language classrooms (around 20% of target population). Particularly, the paper focuses on data referring to didactic and evaluation in the CPIAs.
