This contribution proposes corporate training as an experiential laboratory for investigating embodied and embedded education in contemporary social contexts. Learning is understood as a situated process that emerges from the pro- and co-dynamic interaction between the body, professional practices, and organizational environments, conceived as socio-material ecologies in continuous transformation. The research focuses on organizational affordances, interpreted not only as operating conditions but as educational devices capable of orienting bodily postures, decision-making modes, and relational configurations. In this perspective, training becomes a space for critical experimentation, in which the body acts as a pedagogical sensor capable of making visible tensions, constraints, and possibilities for change in work contexts. In dialogue with Embodied Cognitive Science and the 4E framework, the contribution moves beyond transmissive and instrumental models and interprets corporate education as a transformative, authentically human practice.

Abstract
In dialogue with Embodied Cognitive Science and the 4E framework, the contribution moves beyond transmissive and instrumental models and interprets corporate education as a transformative, authentically human practice.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
