Is it possible today to educate, in an increasingly digital world, to acitizenship that can enhance the relations between citizens, aiming atsolidarity and cooperation? This contribution seeks to answer this questionby tracing a continuum between the guidelines of the UNESCOdocument Reimagining our futures together and the new educationalchallenges that await the pedagogical sciences. The prospect of citizenshipeducation have to consider the digital transformation and itssocial consequences, towards an integral formation of the student. Theopportunities dictated by the post-pandemic period invite to a reinterpretationof the Capability Approach referred to Digital Citizenship, thatcould be a useful tool for school to design a citizenship education basedon real and digital experiences at the same time.
È oggi possibile, in un mondo sempre più digitale, educare a una cittadinanzacapace di valorizzare le relazioni tra i cittadini puntando allasolidarietà e alla cooperazione? Il presente contributo cerca di risponderea questa domanda, rintracciando un continuum tra le linee guidadel documento UNESCO Reimagining our futures together e le nuovesfide educative che attendono le scienze pedagogiche.
