This survey of over 1,000 teachers in the 30-CFU qualifying courses examined technological self-efficacy, accessibility strategies, co-teaching and the application of Universal Design for Learning in instructional design. Findings reveal key challenges and effective practices and demonstrate correlations between training quality and resource access, offering actionable insights for enhancing inclusive, sustainable pedagogy and targeted teacher development.

Abstract
