The authors realize an medico legal analysis of quality assessment of guidelineson osteoporosis operated by the National System Guidelines taking interestingideas on the possible effects of the initiative of the legislator.The use of such instruments, formally characterized by a criteriology useful also inmedico legal use, shows not encouraging limits of applicability of the guidelines and itdraws attention on the burden of the evaluator practitioners about malpractice whichwill necessarily integrate their knowledge of research methodology in order to remedy theevaluation need that will be during the assessment.
