The purpose of this cross-sectional study is to verify the company wellness analyzing the data coming from the administration of the WHO-5 Well-being Index questionnaire, evaluating the differences between workers committed in different tasks and gender differences. We enrolled all 333 employees of a company providing outpatient and first aid health services, divided into three tasks: administrative, drivers /rescuer, caregivers. The female population in all three working populations identified and divided by task have a lower level of well-being calculated. Workers belonging to the administrative group have achieved an average score at the lowest level than workers employed in other tasks. Among health care workers, are having the lowest percentage with a score below 13. Drivers/Rescuers are placed in an intermediate position between two other tasks under the perceived health profile.
Lo scopo di questo studio trasversale è quello di verificare il benessere aziendale, analizzando i dati provenienti dalla somministrazione del questionario WHO-5 Well-being Index, valutando le differenze presenti tra i lavoratori che sono impegnati in differenti mansioni e le differenze di genere. Sono stati arruolati tutti i 333 dipendenti di un’azienda che eroga prestazioni sanitarie ambulatoriali e di pronto soccorso, divisi in tre mansioni: amministrativi, autisti/soccorritori, operatori sanitari. La popolazione femminile in tutte e tre le popolazioni lavorative individuate e divise per mansione, hanno un livello di benessere calcolato più basso. I lavoratori appartenenti al gruppo degli amministrativi hanno ottenuto un punteggio medio al questionario più basso rispetto ai lavoratori occupati nelle altre mansioni. Tra gli operatori sanitari si registrano le più basse percentuali con un punteggio inferiore a 13. Gli Autisti/Soccorritori si collocano in una posizione intermedia alle due altre mansioni sotto il profilo del benessere percepito.
