Work today represents one of the most used and abused terms in the contexts of the human. In the pedagogical field, declined through practice (work practices) and its various socio-historical shifts, it becomes an urgent topic, especially in the aftermath of the social and economic crisis that hit the world with the spread of Covid-19. This article moves from an empirical reflection about the fragmentation of the educational in the era of the coronavirus to a rethinking of the person at the center of the labor debate, focusing on the changes and evolutions of a labor pedagogy that, like the other human sciences, because of the pandemic, must urgently rethink its action. An educational crisis that is an economic, social, and political crisis, and that cannot be separated from rethinking the educational relationship as an essential point from which to restart a new idea of work, and of organization, based on the person.
Il lavoro rappresenta oggi uno dei termini più usati e abusati nei contesti dell’umano. In campo pedagogico, declinato attraverso la pratica (pratiche lavorative) e i suoi diversi mutamenti storico-sociali, diviene tema urgente, specie all’indomani della crisi sociale ed economica che ha colpito il mondo con la diffusione del Covid-19. Il presente articolo muove da una riflessione empirica circa la frammentazione dell’educativo nell’era del coronavirus, per giungere a ripensare la persona al centro del dibattito sul lavoro, puntando l’attenzione sui cambiamenti e le evoluzioni di una pedagogia del lavoro che, al pari delle altre scienze umane, a causa della pandemia, deve con urgenza ripensare la propria azione. Una crisi educativa che è crisi economica, sociale e politica, e che non può prescindere dal ripensare la relazione educativa come punto essenziale dal quale far ripartire una nuova idea di lavoro, e di organizzazione, fondata sulla persona.
