The Pedagogy of Work today needs to reflect on the changes that the Coronavirus has forcibly introduced in everyday life, in the formative dynamics, in educational issues in the strict sense. There is a need to start a reflection still entirely in progress, treasuring the strength of a knowledge, the pedagogical one, to be developed in the light of recent changes. Rediscovering the educational importance of work means providing the person with the tools to overcome the crises of our time, which are not only economic, or financial, or pandemic. The crises of politics, of the consumer society, of the liberal model, of education, of education and of ethics can all be deduced from the crisis of man. Starting from people then is the right choice to design a new future for work.
La Pedagogia del Lavoro ha oggi la necessità di riflettere sui cambiamenti che forzatamente il Coronavirus ha introdotto nella vita di ogni giorno, nelle dinamiche formative, nelle questioni educative in senso stretto. Vi è la necessità di avviare una riflessione ancora tutta in progress, facendo tesoro della forza di un sapere, quello pedagogico, da sviluppare alla luce dei recenti cambiamenti. Riscoprire l’importanza educativa del lavoro significa fornire alla persona gli strumenti per superare le crisi del nostro tempo, che non sono solo economiche o finanziarie, o pandemiche. Le crisi della politica, della società dei consumi, del modello liberal, dell’istruzione, dell’educazione e dell’etica possono tutte desumersi dalla crisi dell’uomo. Ripartire dalle persone allora è la scelta opportuna per disegnare un nuovo futuro per il lavoro.
