The essay reflects about the evaluation as instrument of empowerment. To adopt an approach of this type to favor, within the autonomy of education system, the construction of skills and capacity for organizational and professional assessment means, in fact, reconsidering both the processes of accompaniment to the nascent culture of the evaluation and the necessity for preparing to new strategic skills within this peculiar kind of organization.
